If the foreigner stays in Indonesia for more than 183 days, subjectively the foreigner can already be categorized as a Domestic Taxpayer and needs to make a TIN. Furthermore, if the foreigner does not have income from within or outside the country, then there is no income tax that needs to be paid. However, reporting obligations remain.
